A year of ads brought 24 renovation customers worth over €1.3 million.
Where they started
Giese is a renovation and restoration company in the Stuttgart region, working within about 30 km. Jobs run from straightforward renovations to full restorations. The company was growing, and work was already coming in through word of mouth, partners and past customers. We came in to get more work coming in through ads.
When this ran
The ads’ share of one booked job
Winning a customer costs 2.4% of an average job.
From click to booked work
Two platforms, two different jobs
Each side ended at 12 customers. Together: 24 for the year.
Taking Google and Facebook together, an enquiry cost €58 and winning a customer about €1,323. A full restoration is around €80,000, a straightforward renovation around €30,000, and the split was about half and half. That puts the 24 customers at over €1.3 million of renovation work won, before any costs. The number is that big because the jobs are big: one signed restoration can cover years of ad spend.
Figures cover the full calendar year 2025. Google, Facebook and Instagram ads only; work from word of mouth, partners or past customers is not included. Enquiries are the ones counted by Google and by Meta, Facebook's ad system. Customers and job values come from the client's own records. The €1.3 million is the value of renovation work won before any costs, and the 41× follows from it. Neither is profit. German market, all figures in euros.
