House clearance · Stuttgart, Germany · Facebook & Instagram ads

Started from zero in a crowded market. The phone rang anyway.

Where they started

Messner Service was newly founded. No customer base, no word of mouth, and Stuttgart house clearance is packed with competitors fighting over the same searches. Instead of waiting for referrals, they put ads live from the start.

Built the website and the pages the ads lead to around one thing: getting in touch. Call and WhatsApp buttons on every page, plus a short enquiry form with four fields. Big type, easy for older customers.
Ran two Facebook and Instagram campaigns that never switched off, aimed at people nearby who need a clearance. Fresh ads every week so they never went stale.
Tracked every euro to an enquiry, so the owner knew what an enquiry cost and what a booked job cost.

What one euro brings back

inback

€1 of ad spend, €7.40 back in booked work, before costs.

An enquiry cost €24.26 and a booked job about €162. With an average job worth €1,200, every ad euro came back more than seven times over in booked work.

Figures cover 1 May to 30 June 2026. The ads have run since March 2026. Shown here are the two Facebook and Instagram campaigns only; Google Ads ran separately and is not included. Enquiries are website enquiries counted by Meta, Facebook's ad system. Calls and WhatsApp messages that skipped the site are not counted. How many enquiries turn into booked jobs (15%) and the average job value (€1,200) come from the client's own records. The booked-job numbers and the 7.4× are worked out from them. The 7.4× is the value of work booked before any costs, not profit. German market, all figures in euros.
